About the Client

Experian is an innovative fintech company focused on creating user-friendly financial management solutions for everyday users. With an ambition to make personal finance seamless and accessible, they strive to empower individuals to take charge of their money without hassle.

About the Project

This project introduces a comprehensive, personalized credit education platform that empowers users to gain a clearer understanding of their current credit standing and provides actionable insights on how to strategically improve their FICO score for a more secure financial future. The goal is to not only educate users but also equip them with the tools and guidance necessary to make informed decisions that positively impact their credit journey.


Process

As part of the foundational work for developing CreditHub, I conducted an in-depth competitive analysis of financial solutions in the market, and performed a detailed audit of our existing experiences in both Credit and Reports (much of which we were going to be optimizing and simplifying content). Additionally, I synthesized insights from previous user research studies conducted by our UX team, allowing me to align key findings with current market trends and user expectations. This process ensured that CreditHub was built on a strong foundation of data-driven decisions, ultimately leading to a more user-centric and competitive solution.
