Experian is an innovative fintech startup focused on creating user-friendly financial management solutions for everyday users. With an ambition to make personal finance seamless and accessible, they strive to empower individuals to take charge of their money without hassle.
The goal was to design an intuitive dashboard that efficiently redirects users to valuable experiences while leveraging a dynamic CMS to adapt to their intended actions. The focus was on delivering personalized content based on user preferences and engagement patterns, highlighting features available within their current membership level, and surfacing the most relevant Experian product offerings likely to attract their interest.
Every successful design project is rooted in a well-structured and iterative process. For this dashboard my approach was centered around collaboration, feedback loops, and constant refinements to ensure we met both business goals and user needs.
